Paul Swanson, an elementary principal in Indiana, has accepted the position as new principal of Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
Swanson has 23 years of educational experience, the last 7 as principal of West Elementary School in Mount Vernon, Indiana.
A community "Meet and Greet" will be hosted by the TJ Principal Search Committee once his schedule for transitioning to Falls Church has been determined.
